Investing in Preferred Shares

Revelations Book and Gift Cooperative is looking for persons willing to invest to make the dream a reality.

The Cooperative is governed by an a Board of Directors elected by its members, is guided by its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, and conducts an Annual General Meeting at which Members set policy. The Cooperative was incorporated in the Province of Alberta on May 22, 2002. (Corporate Access Number 229903646). Your investment is in good hands.

Shares can be purchased in any amount (preferably multiples of $1,000) and will pay an annual dividend as determined by the Board (currently four percent on the amount invested). They can be redeemed at any time for the amount invested, subject to approval by the Board of the Cooperative. The funds from Preferred Shared will be used as operating capital for the Cooperative.
